       由新加坡鹤艺国际艺术馆和浙江省文化艺术发展有限公司承办“国风中新双城艺术展”，有新加坡和中国的十余位优秀艺术家参加，虽然他们的绘画形式不同，但他们以独特的观察视角，通过自己的绘画形式展示各自的内心世界，通过画面，我们能感受到世间微妙复杂的人和人，或连接、或寂寥、或独立、或缠绕、或不可分割，同时，也表达了艺术家们对生活中所见所闻各异的情感，充分体现了东西方文化的碰撞和交融。

       我们有理由相信，中西文化艺术碰撞所产生的绚丽火花将会在展览中得到充分的表现，这就是这次展览的非凡意义。
                                         
      “ART VOGUE D'NATION - China and Singapore Twin Cities Art Exhibition” is undertook by ART D'Crane International of Singapore and Zhejiang Province Culture and Art Development Co., Ltd.. More than 10 excellent artists from Singapore and China will  participate in. Although their painting forms are different, they use unique perspective showing their inner worlds. We can feel the subtle complexity of people through paintings - connected, or loneliness, or independent, or wound, or integral. At the same time, paintings also can express artists' different emotions when saw and heard in life, and fully reflect culture collision and fusion between East and West.
      
       We have reasons to believe that brilliant sparks of culture collision between Chinese and Western art will be amply demonstrated in this exhibition, that is the extraordinary significance of the exhibition.
