Dear members of the press,

Thank you very much for your attention in recent issues of your publication. Unfortunately, I am very sorry to be writing with news that our October plans have changed since the last time I was in contact with you. The exhibition by sound artists Feng Jiangzhou entitled "The Discipline in Four Parts" was initially intended to open on 3 October with a live experimental noise art and music performance. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been forced to change our plans. The current schedule is as follows:

10/3, 5:00PM: Exhibition opens to the public with a reception and small dinner buffet (material on the exhibition and works remains the same)
10/10, 7:00PM: "Noise is Good for Folk" electronic music performance (performance content remains the same)

I hope to see you at one of the two opening events, and thank you very much for your continued support.
